Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including data, analytics, cloud, software engineering, and IT positions
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to refine job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
Conduct candidate screenings, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure compliance with recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on technical recruiting
Experience in government contracting or regulated environments
Proven success in recruiting senior or hard-to-fill technical roles
Strong sourcing expertise and experience engaging passive candidates
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
