• Manages all accounting functions including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchasing.
• General and sub ledger accounting & analysis. Including, but not limited
• A / R and billing, A / P, revenue recognition, operating expenses, inventory and COGS, accruals, insurances records, payroll, fixed assets.
• Coordinating and preparing month-end closings and year-end closings. Responsible for internal and external financial reporting.
• Preparing monthly intercompany reconciliation with HQ and other subsidiaries.
• Leads all financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Outline and implement company-wide budget plans.
• Coordinating internal and external audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
• Overseeing insurance and risk management.
• Assess company spending and work to reduce costs.
• corporate tax, state tax, sales tax, payroll tax.
• Hiring, training, and retaining of finance staff. Set targets for and supervise all finance personnel.
• Supervising and coordinating physical inventory count.
• Managing the collection and analysis of actual vs. budgeted costs on a monthly basis.
• Developing and implementing procedures to ensure accuracy of accounting.
• Knows and adheres to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Minimum 5 years Accounting Experience preferably in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports.
• Demonstrated experience in financial external and internal audit.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret economic conditions and anticipate the impact on the organization.
• Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.
