Job description

A company is looking for an Open Source Community Advocate to join their Success Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers on social platforms and the discourse forum to provide assistance

Collaborate with the writing team to enhance documentation based on user feedback

Participate in brainstorming sessions for content creation aimed at helping customers

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in writing production code or administering systems

Experience with data visualization or data analytics tools, preferably Metabase

Expertise in running Metabase on various operating systems

Strong background in networking and web application functionality

Proficient in managing servers and databases, with strong SQL skills
