Senior Manager, IAM Development

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IAM Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-scale IAM strategies and programs

Oversee IAM metrics and reporting, continuously improving performance and control maturity

Drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for IAM solutions from requirements to deployment

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering, with 5+ years in technical leadership or program management roles

Proven success in leading enterprise-scale IAM programs in complex, global environments

Deep expertise in IAM technologies, including PAM and IGA

Strong software development background with hands-on understanding of the development lifecycle

Experience integrating AI in IAM programs to enhance decision-making and automate workflows
