Program / Project Manager III

SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Program / Project Manager III

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Job Summary : SEACORP's Electronic Warfare (EW) Hardware and Special Projects group is looking for a Program / Project Manager for the Hardware Solutions Business Area. The candidate must have 5-10 years of experience to support execution of ongoing tasking.

The Project Manager will work with Technical Leads to oversee all aspects of projects, including setting schedules, assigning personnel resources and responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing project progress for internal and customer personnel. Responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects within time, budget, and scope.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or an Engineering Discipline.
• Experience : At least 15 years of full-time professional experience in project management, including 5 years of specialized experience in managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, contract management with the Department of the Navy and / or Department of Defense, performing cost estimates, managing multiple Technical Instructions, supporting US Navy C6ISR programs, and managing subcontractors if applicable.
• Clearance : TS / SCI clearance required.
• Citizenship : Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Location : Norfolk, VA.
• Travel : Infrequent.
• Work Environment & Physical Demands : Office and laboratory settings, physical activities include sitting, standing, using a mouse and keyboard, occasional lifting under 40 lbs, and movement within and between buildings.
