Construction Technician

We are seeking dedicated Construction Technicians to join our team and immediately start working on both local and traveling projects. Our focus is on structural work and repair on commercial construction sites.

Responsibilities :

• Perform concrete repair, demolition, placement, and finishing.
• Apply waterproofing techniques.
• Conduct formwork and carpentry tasks.
• Replace rebar and execute caulking.
• Install expansion joints and apply coatings.
• Handle carbon fiber installation and framing.
• Operate jackhammer and other construction tools safely.

Work Environment : Candidates will initially work locally and then travel for projects across Colorado. Willingness to travel for up to 3 weeks at a time is essential. Travel expenses, including a daily per diem and lodging for locations over 70 miles from the shop, are covered. Current projects are located in Aspen, Telluride, Crested Butte, Vail, and Denver.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sedalia, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
