A company is looking for a Talent Management Specialist III to support and optimize talent and learning systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize SuccessFactors modules and administer the LMS platform
Generate and analyze reports to support talent management initiatives and improve process effectiveness
Support the implementation of integrated talent management processes and validate their execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience with talent and learning systems, particularly SuccessFactors and LMS platforms
Solid understanding of talent management processes and experience in performance management and reporting
Proficient in generating and analyzing reports using Excel and MS Office tools
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and process optimization
