Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support regulatory compliance and product filings in the Accident & Health division.

Key Responsibilities

Review advertising materials and ensure compliance with internal standards and state regulations

Draft and file policy forms, reflecting underwriting intent and regulatory requirements

Analyze regulatory changes and respond to compliance-related inquiries from various business areas

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with Accident & Health products

Knowledge of insurance compliance laws and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
