We’re seeking an experienced Fractional Project Manager to lead and mentor in a dynamic software development environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned PM who thrives on guiding others while driving successful project outcomes.

Duration : 6–9 months

Commitment : 15–25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor : Begin by managing a software development project with a Junior PM shadowing your process. Transition into a coaching role to build their confidence and capability.
• Develop PM Skills : Teach best practices in project planning, timeline management, cross-team communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Guide Professional Growth : Support the Junior PM through structured phases :

Phase 1 (Months 1–3) : Build foundational PM knowledge and confidence through coursework and hands-on exposure.
