Responsibilities Nurse Residency Program - 2025 Winter Class Graduates (Cohort 54 TMH offers NRP cohorts starting every quarter to best fit your needs. Eligibility & Requirements (able to apply 3 months prior to graduation) : Completion of an accredited nursing program. New graduate nurses and RNs with less than 06 months of hospital (acute care) experience. Active Florida RN license or Multi-State RN license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact or NCLEX Authorization to Test ( ATT ).
