Job Summary : The role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks for a portfolio of Build to Rent communities, ensuring they are in excellent condition and meet the highest quality standards. The technician will respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to maintain resident satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellent service. Preventative Maintenance :

• Conduct scheduled quarterly and seasonal preventative maintenance
• HVAC system check and filter replacement - Quarterly.
• Change out smoke detector batteries - Quarterly.
• Irrigation settings - Seasonal
