Job Summary

The Senior Electronic Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing advanced electronic systems, including system architecture, component selection, circuit design, and integration of complex subsystems. This role requires expertise in both analog and digital design, PCB layout, and systems-level engineering. Lead the development of innovative electronic products, optimize existing systems, and mentor junior engineers. Manage projects from initial concept through to production, ensuring that designs meet performance, quality, and cost objectives while complying with regulatory standards.

Duties / Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of analog and digital circuits, power systems, and signal processing subsystems for complex products.

Lead and mentor the PCB design process, ensuring that layouts are optimized for signal integrity, manufacturability, and thermal management.

Oversee prototyping and testing of new designs, ensuring systems perform as intended in real-world conditions.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, helping them grow and develop strong design skills.

Take ownership of major design projects from concept through to production.

Lead the creation of comprehensive test plans for new designs and modifications.

Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and time-to-market.

Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Work with hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical teams to meet product specs.
