Operations Controller
Pay : Up to $180,000 + Profit Sharing (up to 10%, prorated based on quarterly performance)
Location : 100% On-site in Chattanooga, TN (5 days a week in downtown office)
Summary :
Seeking a seasoned Operations Controller to lead manufacturing financial operations for a respected container manufacturing company.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience within high-volume manufacturing environments
- At least 3 years of leadership in operational finance or cost accounting teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Proven ability to analyze variances, manage inventory, and support budgeting / forecasting processes
- Experience with ERP systems and system implementations
