We provide in-home support to adults with disabilities across Minnesota. Our person-centered approach helps individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful livesone day at a time.

Position Overview

Were hiring compassionate, organized individuals to support clients in their homes and communities. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with scheduling, employment, and household tasks
• Support budgeting and financial routines
• Encourage healthy relationships and community engagement
• Promote independent living through personalized support

Current Openings

Stacy :

Sunday 1-5 / 6p, Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8a-12p

North Branch :

Monday and Thursday 11 : 30-4 : 30 (ish) Hours may change depending on staff and client needs.

• Female only, sensitive to fragrances, CPR needed

North Branch :

Monday, Friday 8a-1p and Tues / Thurs 8a-4p Some flexibility but not much

• Female staff only

Wyoming : Wednesday 9-11a, Friday 1 : 30-3 : 30p (Some flexibility)

Qualifications

Must pass a 245D background study

Valid drivers license

Reliable vehicle and current car insurance

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently

Strong organizational skills

Compassionate and patient demeanor
