Job Title : Entry-Level Billing Clerk

Location : Jacksonville, FL 32216

Pay Rate : $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (100% Onsite)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Billing Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in billing and administrative support. No prior billing experience is required-just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic!

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with preparing and sending invoices to clients
• Enter billing data into internal systems accurately and efficiently
• Review and verify billing documents for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized records of billing activities and documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the billing department
• Perform other duties as assigned
