Description :

The emergency department has a capacity of 101 beds, with typical patient ratios of 4 : 1 and up to 7 : 1 for behavioral health holds.

Staffing includes available techs and unit clerks for support.

Equipment in use includes Baxter pumps and GE monitors, with documentation using a specific system.

Scheduling requires availability for every other weekend, with flexibility on shift times to meet department needs.

Floating is limited to within the emergency department.

Core patient experience initiatives include AIDET and maintaining respect and communication during visits.

Certifications must be completed prior to or shortly after the hire date.
