Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of restaurant general manager experience Exceptional communication skills Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards This position is paid salary. This position is eligible to participate in our restaurant bonus program! If so, this is the job for you! We are Modern Market – a farm-fresh eatery that serves awesome food in a fast-paced, open kitchen setting. We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our General Managers are passionate leaders, on-their-feet thinkers, and inspirational motivators, sound like you?
- Leads hiring efforts in the restaurant
- Assist with inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurant
- Lead the orientation / on-boarding process for new team members
- Leads in developing / writing the restaurant schedule
