A company is looking for a FINRA Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized client experiences by addressing inquiries and servicing options in a call center environment
Resolve inquiries and transactions, taking ownership of calls and anticipating future issues
Educate clients on technology and self-service capabilities while fostering professional relationships to enhance brand loyalty
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience
Advanced understanding of investment or income markets / products
Basic understanding of tax implications
Must possess Series 6 and 63 FINRA licenses
