SimSpace is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a new team developing the Individual Training platform within the SimSpace ecosystem which will allow individual users to train on our cyber range platform. The ideal candidate must have strong management skills to lead teams in delivering high-quality software using Agile methods. This person will be devoted to continual improvement and fostering a team culture that values collaboration, inclusion, and creativity.

In this position, you'll lead your team through complex technical projects and collaborate closely with other teams to build scalable, reliable software. The focus is on providing oversight, guidance, work plans, and engineering know-how for a new platform being built largely from scratch. Specifically, this position will be tasked with :
