Job descriptionEducation : High school diploma or equivalent Experience : 2+ years of automotive title experience and some administrative or office experience under your belt, preferred Willing to Train : Experience isn't everything—we're happy to train someone who brings the right attitude and eagerness to learn Bonus Points : Certified Notary Public (not required, but we'd be impressed!) The Basics : Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass our background check and drug screening Has an eagle eye for details (because accuracy matters!) Feels comfortable with computers and technology Can manage time like a champion and stay organized Takes initiative and doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder Brings positive energy and plays well with others Thrives when things get busy (and trust us, they do!) Your Day-to-Day Adventures
- Be the title detective - reviewing vehicle titles to make sure everything's spot-on
- Juggle multiple tasks like a pro (don't worry, we'll teach you our tricks!)
- Be the friendly face our dealers love to work with
- Keep our paperwork game strong with detailed records
- Work your magic both as part of our fantastic team and flying solo when needed
- Become our go-to expert who can answer questions and help solve problems
