Property Manager

HomeRiver Group is looking for a full-time property manager in the Salt Lake City, UT market. The objective of this position is to maintain and manage property owner investments. The applicant should be comfortable managing on-site, be comfortable on the phone, have a strong work ethic, focused, have a friendly / welcoming personality, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment. This is a hybrid position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle property management functions for Residential (single-family / multi-family) properties
• Manage tenant and owner requests
• Address prospective tenants by answering / screening phone calls and in person inquiries
• Oversee property maintenance team
• Understand basic property maintenance issues related to building, parking lot, and landscaping
• Oversee basic property accounting needs (rent collection, invoicing, etc.)
