A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Insurance Transactional + Regulatory Practice Group in Chicago or New York . This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney with experience in fund formation, investment management, or broker-dealer regulation to join a team that advises top-tier clients in one of the most complex and rapidly evolving sectors of the financial services industry.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing , or eligibility to waive in.
• 4–7 years of substantive experience in fund formation , investment management , and / or broker-dealer regulatory matters .
• Familiarity with insurance regulations , compliance requirements , and corporate transactional work is highly preferred .
• Experience advising insurance companies , financial institutions , or other regulated entities is a strong plus .
• Soft Skills : Exceptional writing, analytical, negotiation, communication, and oral advocacy skills are a must.

Compensation & Benefits

Highly Competitive Salary : $275,000 – $350,000 , commensurate with experience.
