Detailed Description

We seek a highly effective and self-directed Product Solutions Trainer to empower our sales and channel ecosystem. This role requires advanced expertise in our product portfolio and the ability to translate complex features into clear, actionable training for our sales force and partners. You will own the strategy for training enablement, collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance sales and partner capabilities and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate has proven success in designing and managing complex, cross-functional projects, operates with a high degree of judgment and independence, and will be given the autonomy to make decisions necessary to achieve department goals. If you're ready to be the expert face of our product solutions and influence success across the organization, we invite you to apply.

A key strategic deliverable for this role will be the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of our new Channel Training Certification Program. This program will be critical to ensuring our partners possess the technical acumen and sales confidence required to successfully sell, deploy, and support our cutting-edge technology in high-value markets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Channel Certification Program Development & Management

Design & Launch : Lead the creation of a comprehensive, tiered Channel Training Certification Program (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Solution Engineer, Deployment Specialist).

Curriculum Development : Define and map all necessary product, technical, and sales content to certification tracks, ensuring alignment with partner roles and business outcomes.

Governance : Establish and manage the program's policies, testing methodology, expiration / renewal requirements, and credential badging.

Partner Engagement : Work closely with Channel Sales and Partner Marketing to promote the certification program and ensure high adoption rates across the ecosystem.

2. Content Creation and Instructional Design

Develop a full range of engaging, high-quality training content, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), virtual training (VILT), self-paced eLearning modules, sales playbooks, competitive analysis guides, and lab exercises.

Translate highly technical specifications for Enterprise and Data Center hardware and software into clear, business-value-focused sales and technical training.

Ensure all training content is updated immediately following product launches, feature updates, and market shifts.

3. Training Delivery and Facilitation

Deliver live, hands-on, and virtual training sessions to channel partner sales, pre-sales, and technical teams globally.

Coach and mentor internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to become effective co-trainers for specialized solution areas.

Act as the primary technical resource and trainer for major partner sales kickoffs (SKOs) and internal sales enablement events.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Measurement

Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to gather source material and ensure training accuracy and messaging consistency.

Partner with the Channel Sales leadership to identify top-priority skill gaps and tailor training initiatives to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Track, measure, and report on key training and certification KPIs (e.g., certification completion rates, partner capability scores, correlation to partner revenue), continuously optimizing programs for impact.

Required Qualifications :
