Position : Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health / Ortho

Location : 655 South Dobson Road, Suite B-111 Chandler, AZ 85224

Incentives : Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350 / month Student Debt Benefit

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation : Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program
