Sales Experience Specialist
Sales Experience Specialists are responsible for managing sales-related functions and tasks. They exercise independent judgment to make business decisions for prioritizing work, promoting sales and driving customer resolutions. They communicate and partner effectively to disseminate tasks from the Management Team, ensure iconic experiences for our customers, and support Associates in their responsibilities.
Drive Effective Selling
- Develop the Manage the Daily Business (MDB) plan to identify strategies to achieve the store's daily budget goal
- Delegate and direct the flow of work to implement the MDB strategies, prioritize Sales Manager activities, and collaborate with Managers on Duty across other departments
- Act as the Sales Manager on Duty by executing a daily task list, engaging in transactional support, answering questions related to store transactions, providing phone triage, and following up on delegated tasks
Deliver Iconic Experiences
Enable an iconic experience by managing the wait experience and handling customer issues and concernsProvide a seamless experience for customers by utilizing technology to effectively collaborate with team members across other locations, CEC, and Customer RelationsSupport and embrace the execution and sustainment of new store procedures, processes, and technology platformsFoster Talent
Assist with the training and development of Sales Consultant Trainees and Sales MentorsSchedule interviews and participate in the hiring paperwork process of Sales AssociatesBe Well Managed
Open and close the store; provide periodic management coverage for the store in absence of the management teamPerform various administrative duties, including, but not limited to : printing daily reports, reviewing and approving customer finance stipulations, contacting finance companies regarding Customer contracts, auditing compliance processes, managing a wait list, etc.Serve as a functional resource for other departments with regards to vehicle sales, customer interactions, prioritization of inventory management, including but not limited to Customer Transfers.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
