A Trust and Estates Administration Paralegal supports probate attorneys by managing various aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate. This includes drafting legal documents, managing client communications, preparing financial statements, and assisting with estate tax returns.

Our client is seeking a Full-time Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience for its Long Island office. The candidate will work closely with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and accountants and should have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Excel. Paralegal Certification from an ABA-approved program is a plus.
