Permanent Position | 7 On / 7 Off Day Shifts | Rural NY
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center . This permanent role offers a structured block schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Role Overview :
- Schedule : 7 on / 7 off (day shifts)
- Manage inpatient admissions, ongoing patient care, and discharge planning
- Collaborate closely with APPs, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Document care accurately using EMR and follow hospital protocols
