We are seeking a reliable and driven Client Account Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our business partners. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent support.
Understand client needs and ensure solutions are aligned with their business goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage client requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings.
Ensure client satisfaction through prompt communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
1+ year of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
