Job descriptionEnter Request for Quotes (RFQs) into CRM accurately according to established process. Sift through high volume emails to gather required information. Coordinate cross functionally with various teams to gather relevant information to complete the quotes. Conduct data driven analysis to track quote entry and RFQ volume. Carry out continuous improvement on the quote processes to improve metrics. Our team is looking for a Quote Processor to join them. You will report to the Pricing Manager and will have an Onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA .
To be considered for the Quote Processor opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or economics preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience with analytics, business analysis and data entry.
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.)
- Experienced with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
