We are looking for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver exceptional, high-quality, patient-centered care with compassion, dedication and collaboration ensuring every hospitalized patient receives safe and timely care. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform histories and physicals, develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
• Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized adult patients in collaboration with physicians, residents, nurses, and other members of the care team
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
• Maintain documentation in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, discharge planning, and coordination of care
