At Sparkle Car Wash, we believe clean cars and happy people go hand in hand. We’re looking for a Site Manager who is ready to take ownership of daily operations, lead a motivated team, and create an environment where customers love to come — and employees love to work.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee all site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
- Drive sales, membership conversions, and key performance goals (KPIs).
- Manage cash handling, site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Conduct team training, coaching, and regular performance check-ins.
- Perform and monitor maintenance inspections and preventative upkeep.
- Foster a strong sales and service culture that reflects Sparkle’s core values.
- Open and close the site, ensuring top-notch performance every day.
