Job Title : Technical PM with AI Location : Sunnyvale CA (Local candidate & 5 days Onsite) Duration : Permanent / Fulltime / ContractJob Description Who are we looking for? Looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager (Level - 6 / 7 at Sunnyvale, California) with a strong foundation in data-driven and AI-centric product environments. Responsible for driving execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating globally distributed teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables. Responsibilities Coordinate multiple workstreams in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Conduct and facilitate daily stand-ups across global time zones, maintaining visibility and accountability. Deeply understand business domains and the technical architecture, enabling informed decision-making and risk identification. Collaborate with data engineers, AI / ML scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate goals into actionable plans. Track progress using Agile or hybrid methodologies, escalating blockers and resolving dependencies. Own the lifecycle of tasks - from planning through execution, delivery, and retrospectives. Ability to create Tableau reports Key Technical Skills : Strong grasp of data pipelines, data architecture, and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau). Familiarity with AI / ML workflows, model lifecycle, and experimentation frameworks. Experience managing complex, multi-track projects. Skilled in project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. Excellent communication and coordination across technical and non-technical teams. Proven experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
