A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate II to provide assistance to members and providers regarding programs, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
Resolve customer administrative concerns and assist in mentoring and training new staff
Document customer information and ensure follow-up tasks are completed to meet member or provider needs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2 years of experience in Customer Service
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Flexibility in scheduling and comfort with change in a dynamic customer service environment
Proficient typing skills (average 35+ WPM) and ability to navigate various computer platforms
