Front Line Manager
Front Line Manager reporting to the Turbine Airfoils Core Solutions Quality Leader responsible for creating, developing, and implementing a supplier quality strategy for a segment of the RPCA Coatings & Chemical Process quality team, ensuring alignment with the Part Family Quality Leader's vision for the entire team. Individual will drive quality for protective coating and chemical processing suppliers, including quality plan implementation, part qualification quality support, and utilizing APQP tools to proactively prevent defects. Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecard and process data. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed. Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may influence work scope, standards, load reduction, and growth.
