What You'll Do

As a Weekend CT Tech, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive high-quality and efficient care. You'll be responsible for :

  • Performing CT and General Radiology exams, adhering to protocols for timely and high-quality results.
  • Conducting patient interviews, reviewing medical records, and evaluating lab results for safety before administering contrast.
  • Initiating and managing IVs for contrast, ensuring the proper technique and equipment.
  • Assisting radiologists as needed and preparing procedure trays with sterile techniques.
  • Managing patient flow and documentation accurately in required hospital systems.
  • Implementing quality improvement initiatives and promoting teamwork through effective communication.
  • Complying with safety protocols for hazardous medications and maintaining your required certifications.
  • Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, candidates should possess :

  • A degree from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • Current ARRT certification with advanced registry, or registry eligible with an advanced CT certification within one year of hire.
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience is preferred.
  • Valid BLS certification.
