Key Responsibilities :

• Perform all duties associated with Nurse / Clinical Tech roles and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Track and monitor x-ray orders for timely completion.
• Assist patients in proper positioning during imaging for accurate diagnostic results.
• Uphold compliance with federal and state regulations, including an understanding of HIPAA guidelines.
• Review and ensure quality of exam images prior to provider evaluation.
• Send final images to the Radiology group for comprehensive review.
• Label images correctly for laterality using designated markers.
• Inspect for and report any equipment issues promptly to the Imaging Director.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper technique for all imaging equipment to ensure safety and quality.
• Conduct patient triage, including checking vitals and collecting clinical histories.
• Wear radiation monitors consistently and maintain compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist with training new employees and help integrate them into our team culture.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and maintain a friendly work atmosphere.
