As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence on site. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations and / or emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, taking note of any irregularities. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the commercial real estate location to help to deter potential issues and provide a visible Allied Universal presence. Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences according to site guidelines. Work in varying environments and conditions, adapting to the specific needs of the commercial real estate location. Minimum Requirements : Alarm panel experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
