CHIEF ENGINEER

We are hiring a Chief Engineer .

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance of operating systems.
• Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications / licenses.
• Ensure accommodations are safe for guests and maintain a safe work environment for associates.
• Train, motivate, develop, and review all engineering staff.
• Ensure compliance with Concord Hospitality and hotel brand standards and operating controls.
• Maintain effective communication with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership regarding concerns.
• Participate in leadership development training to enhance skills and align with company culture. With our growing portfolio across North America, there are excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement.
