A company is looking for a Program Chair for Global Campus in Human Resource Management (Open Rank) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality online instruction and foster a supportive learning environment

Develop and improve courses and teaching practices in collaboration with faculty and support teams

Oversee curriculum and lead initiatives to enhance student success and program outcomes

Required Qualifications

Earned terminal degree in a relevant discipline; applied professional experience may substitute for the degree in some cases

Experience in teaching and faculty development, particularly in online higher education

Familiarity with best practices in curriculum development and assessment strategies

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience contributing to strategic planning and programmatic initiatives
