Job descriptionProvide direct patient care under general supervision, utilizing strong clinical skills and judgment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and positive patient outcomes. Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Diploma or GED from an accredited program. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification. BLS certification, with ACLS, PALS, and pediatric certifications preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
