Product Manager | Intelligent Learning and Enablement

As Senior Product Manager of Intelligent Learning and Enablement at Epicor, you will lead the strategy and execution of transformative learning experiences that drive operational efficiency, accelerate time to value, and elevate customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate across teams to shape a clear product vision, prioritize impactful initiatives, and champion the adoption of innovative tools that reimagine the learner journey.

What you will be doing :

Define and execute the strategic direction for learning and enablement tools that improve customer experience and reduce time to value.

Build strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver solutions that meet business needs and reflect the end-user perspective.

Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer outcomes.

Advocate for the product vision across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Craft compelling customer stories that showcase the impact of learning tools and experiences.

Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals across competing priorities.

Leverage customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to identify high-value enhancements.

Lead adoption strategies, early adopter programs, and change management efforts with measurable KPIs.

What you will likely bring :

Proven experience in change management and process improvement.

Strong KPI tracking and reporting capabilities.

Deep understanding of user experience principles and customer-centric design.

Strategic thinking and ability to collaborate across functions.

Experience building business cases and defining success metrics.

Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including OpenAI and Copilot.

Ability to work with prompts and conceptualize AI-driven solutions.

What could set you apart :

Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or ServiceNow.

Exposure to prompt engineering and Co-Pilot integrations.

Background in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Range :

Minimum : $60,000 USD Maximum : $170,000 USD
