Greet and guide customers into the sale process as they appear in the storeHelp customers find a vehicle which meets their needs by using current inventory sheetsEnhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle featuresSupport customers in the completion of their sales applicationsAssist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any problems to managementHelp management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize salesQualifications :

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on understanding and meeting customer needsExplain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on roadCompute and quote sales price (including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discounts) and requirements for financing payment of vehicle on creditDemonstrate the ability to negotiate and be capable of addressing customer hesitationSuggest optional equipment for customer to purchaseArrange for delivery and registration of vehicleIntroduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operationsMaintain and utilize CRM database in a thorough and ethical mannerWork with the Sales Manager to set personal sales goals and follow a method to achieve those objectives through training and consultationsKeep up-to-date on new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customersPerform other duties and responsibilities as neededEXPECTATIONS
