Used car Technician

Job Summary : We are looking for a Used Car Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background.

The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders, performing required inspections provide parts and labor estimate to used car advisor.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership

Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

Complete used car inspections in a timely manner, posses the ability to multi task and have several repairs in various stages of estimate or repair.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor.

Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification preferred

B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair

Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
