Job Overview :

Join our dynamic team as a Picker / Packer, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are prepared and packaged with precision and care. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient movement of goods through our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Product Handling : Prepare, pack, and label raw materials into finished goods for storage or shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Packaging Standards : Adhere to company guidelines for product packaging, labeling, and quality assurance.
  • Equipment Operation : Operate pallet jacks, packaging tools, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Safety Compliance : Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
  • Work Environment Maintenance : Keep the work area clean and organized to support operational efficiency.
  • Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications & Skills :

Abilities :

  • Handle physical tasks such as packing, storing, and shipping products with efficiency and care.
  • Lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs, safely and consistently.
  • Follow oral and written instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.

    • Knowledge :

  • Familiarity with basic warehouse operations, including packing and shipping practices.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counts and labeling.
  • Proper lifting techniques and safe handling procedures.
  • Understanding of packaging methods and preparation procedures.
  • Awareness of health and safety standards in a warehouse environment.
