Associate PBX Operator

Operate a PBX system console, responding appropriately to all outside / inside telephones calls. Responds promptly to all Codes, activating the Emergency Preparedness procedures. Page necessary information on the public address system. Minimal supervision required.

Preferred Qualifications :

• HS Diploma -OR- GED Equivalency
• 1 or more years of experience working in a call center environment
• Proficient in a wide range of computer applications and systems
• Familiarity with using email and chat systems
• Experience handling multiple calls or chats efficiently
• Typing proficiency and multitasking between screens
• Prior experience in healthcare within a customer-facing role
• PBX Experience
