AAA Driving School is seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager Driver Services to lead our driving school operations and drive financial performance, enrollment growth, and service quality excellence. This role is responsible for managing a team of supervisors, instructors, and support staff to ensure the seamless execution of driver education programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic & Financial Management

• Develop and oversee budgeting, revenue targets, cost control, and financial forecasting for the driving school.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for increased profitability and cost efficiency.
• Establish and track KPIs including profitability, service quality, enrollment growth, and instructor productivity.

Operational Leadership & Team Management
