Position Snapshot :

• Outpatient-Only Practice - No hospital with limited weekend call
• Full-Time Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
• Patient Demographic : Adults (18+) | Average of 22 patients / day
• Support Staff : Experienced, dedicated team in place
• EMR System : eClinicalWorks
• Clinical focus includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and womens health
