Email Marketing Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Email Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day progress of 25+ active eCommerce clients, ensuring timely completion of campaigns and email flows

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and clarifying expectations

Coordinate the work of Email Marketing Specialists, Copywriters, and Designers to align on priorities and timelines

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative agency, preferably in email marketing or eCommerce

Proven ability to manage 20+ clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Experience leading cross-functional teams, including creative and technical contributors

Solid understanding of email marketing tools and workflows, ideally with hands-on experience in Klaviyo

Strong organizational and project management skills, with expertise in ClickUp or equivalent systems
