SKILLED NURSING FACILITY REGISTERED NURSE JOB SUMMARY :

Here at BridgePoint our Registered Nurse - RN team members provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The Registered Nurse - RN develops nursing care plan in coordination with resident, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. The Registered Nurse - RN communicates changes in resident's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor / Manager, and co-workers as appropriate and participates in the discharge planning process.

Qualifications

Education : Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program.

Licenses / Certification : Current RN - Registered Nurse license from the District of Columbia Department of Health required. ACLS & BLS Required.

Experience : Minimumone (1) year's recent nursing experience preferred.
