To join CLEAResult as an Implementation Lead. The Implementation Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of technology solutions across multiple programs and clients. The Lead is expected to provide strategic and operational leadership to teams of Implementation Consultants, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability in delivery. The Lead also provides Customer Success Manager for key or high-impact clients, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point. This role is ideal for a seasoned implementation professional with a strong grasp of enterprise delivery, stakeholder management, SaaS technologies (Salesforce, Magento, Drupal & more) and cross-functional coordination.
